A Hidden Wings student and senior at Santa Ynez High School was voted Homecoming King by his fellow students. The roar of applause at the announcement showed the enthusiasm of the student body. The student himself said, “I have come a long way…”
The student was given an award that had never been given before: most inspirational player. Said the water polo coach, “He [the Hidden Wings student] is the most popular player I have ever seen. He not only knows the names of all his team mates, but most of the players on the other teams as well.
